The checklists below were designed to answer some of the most common questions we hear from tenants. Please read through this information and if you need any additional help, call to speak with a member of our management team: 832-404-2030
Rental Cleaning: Start by decluttering and packing your belongings, making it easier to clean. Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including countertops, shelves, and appliances. Scrub the kitchen and bathroom thoroughly, paying attention to sinks, toilets, and showers. Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors, focusing on corners and baseboards.
Don't forget to clean inside cabinets, closets, and behind appliances. Repair any damage, such as holes in the walls or broken fixtures. Finally, do a final walk-through to spot any missed spots and ensure the property is in its original condition, ready for the next tenant.
Repairs: If any damage occurred during your stay, please take the necessary steps to make the repairs. This includes patching nail and screw holes, repainting where necessary, and replacing broken glass.
